The brochure states: "Plumbing of Amherst House lavatory was done by S. A. Phillips, tinner and plumber, steam and gas fitter. Sanitary heating and plumbing a specialty. Particular attention given to out-of-town contracts. Heating and ventilating of school and all public buildings. Estimates furnished. Dickinson's Block."
