A black girl stands in the open gate next to two younger children while a boy rests his hand on the gate facing them. A wooden fence extends on both sides and the roof of a wooden building is on the right. Caption: "Four neighbros, three of whom are girls, and the other a barefooted boy with a big toe tied up. They live near the great Natural Bridge that has arch two hundred and fifteen feet high."
