Description
A Native American woman stands near an entrance to a house bending down towards her three children. A baby is in a papoose, a girl stands tall, and a boy is holding a basket and looking at the camera. A clothesline is visible on the side of the house on the right. Caption reads: "Two little Indian children and their mother. The youngest child, curiously swaddled and strapped to a board seems about to complain of feeling uncomfortable. Then there is the small boy with the broken basket looking at you very doubtfully."
