Description
A white girl stands facing the camera but looking behind her. She is near a sign reading "H. LEE LAUNDRY" attached to a wooden pole. Two horse-pulled carts ride away from the camera with two black men sitting on one and another man sitting on the other. Other people stand around the scene. There are buildings lining both streets with their second floor balconies supported by beams on the sidewalk.
