Making soft soap

Two women, one with her back towards the camera, the other in profile, work outside in a yard. One stirs smoking contents of a kettle suspended by a chain hanging on a long propped up by two large boulders. The other holds a pot in her left hand and stirs the contents of a bucket resting on the ground. A stone fence runs behind the kettle on the right and shrubs grow on the left.
